Since joining Allstate in 2003, Rachelle has worked extensively across a range of strategic roles, culminating in her current role as Director of the BISO team, which supports ESS, PPS, CSTS, ANI & ASPL.
Rachelle has developed expertise in Business Hosting, Office Moves, Voice & Network upgrades, and large Enterprise initiatives such as Agent Number Remediation, Step Change Access Controls track and Allstate's PCI program.
Reflecting her passion for engaging and supporting females in the technology sphere, Rachelle actively champions equity and inclusion in her role as Chair of Women in Technology (WITA) in ANI. This passion and drive garnered her the title of IT Woman of the Year at the BT IT Awards 2021.
Rachelle has a BSC (Hons) in Information Management from Queen's University, is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and SANS Security Leadership Essentials.
Rachelle lives on a farm with her husband and daughter, where she enjoys horse-riding and walks in the countryside with her dogs.
