Feargus McCauley

Feargus has over 20 years' experience in technology across many roles and business areas. He has extensive experience in building teams and partnerships globally, with a passion for developing software solutions which place a focus on the needs of the customer.

In Allstate NI, Feargus is Director for Enterprise Shared Services, Protection Products and Services and Architecture Innovation & CompoZed, a team of over 300 people who support key applications across the enterprise. He is also currently leading Allstate's enterprise Billing modernisation and HR technology modernization programs.

Feargus has a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Queen's University Belfast, where he still plays an active role as president of the Queen's Graduates Association, and also currently serves as a member of the standing committee to convocation. He is passionate about the role higher education plays in society.
