Sean McLaughlin

Sean McLaughlin is the Chief Financial Officer at Allstate Northern Ireland, leading financial strategy, performance and governance for one of the region's most innovative technology employers.

A results-oriented finance leader with more than 20 years' experience across multinational organisations, Sean brings expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, treasury, governance and executive business partnering. Prior to his CFO appointment, he was a senior leader in Allstate Technology Finance and previously held senior finance roles across financial services and advisory, including NatWest Group (Ulster Bank) and EY.

Sean holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and is a Chartered Accountant (CIMA) and Chartered Treasurer (ACT). He is passionate about using data, AI and inclusive leadership to enable better decisions and sustainable growth.
