We pride our commitment to ensuring a Diverse and Inclusive culture.

Inclusive Diversity and Equity is one of Allstate's core values and at Allstate NI our commitment to this starts at the top. Embracing our collective differences leads to a culture of inclusion and belonging, one where we create equitable opportunities for all, build a resilient workforce for the future and create positive change in the communities where we live, work and serve.

The Diversity Charter Mark

This charter recognises that organisations cannot reach their full potential unless they benefit from the rich variety of talents and abilities of all their employees. A balanced workforce is good for business - it is good for customers, for profitability and workplace culture.

The Diversity Charter Mark framework recognises our ability to identify and reflect on institutional barriers facing minorities & underrepresented genders that impact on their career progression. In addressing these barriers, we progress the overall diversity agenda.
