Where has been your favorite travel destination and why?

AOK: Australia. I spent the year 2000 working and travelling all over Australia and it was just an amazing experience. Living and working in Melbourne then travelling right up the coast to Cairns. It's such a vast country with such amazing natural beauty.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?

AOK: I am a martial artist and have achieved blackbelt in JuJitsu. I am also a coach with the World JuJitsu Federation. I also pick up the guitar the odd time to belt out a few chords.

What show are you currently binge-watching?

AOK: I have series recorded Quantum Leap on Sky and am currently watching Dr Sam Beckett putting right what once went wrong.

What's your idea of a perfect day?

AOK: A Sunday on a Bank Holiday weekend. The sun shining so it's breakfast outside on the patio. Cut the grass for 2hrs whilst listening to REM. Stopping only for a cold cider or two. Once the lawn is looking well, its feet up and watch my favourite football team win. Then out for dinner with the family. Simple things are the best.

What skill would you most like to learn?

AOK: To be able to read sheet music and apply that to playing the piano. (That's kinda 2 skills!)

What's your most-used productivity hack?

AOK: Learn to say NO and delegate. No matter how well you plan your day, things are going to come on that are unexpected. I regularly delegate out to trusted team members — they do a great job and keeps me on track.

What piece of advice would you give yourself at the beginning of your career?

AOK: You are not the most important person to everyone else.
