DM: Scotland — First holiday after the dreaded lockdown and made it into a excellent weeklong road trip.

DM: Recently started collecting vinyl records, if anyone has any great album suggestions let me know.

DM: Rust valley restorers.

What's your idea of a perfect day?

DM: Heat wave, daytrip anywhere outside, BBQ and a few beers.

What skill would you most like to learn?

DM: How to play guitar.

DM: Make sure you have informal chats throughout the day, it also helps you to know your team better.

What piece of advice would you give yourself at the beginning of your career?

DM: Ask lots of questions no question is a stupid one and don't compare yourself to anyone except yourself from yesterday.
