Suzi has 20 years' experience in technology business, predominantly delivering products in the Insurance, PFI and Government sectors.
Prior to joining Allstate, Suzi started off her career as web developer building e-commerce solutions for the local market. She moved into product management focusing on creating web and mobile products that solve problems, that users love and adopt, that simplifies the complex and that gives measurable positive business results.
At Allstate, Suzi is now the Divisional CIO of Human Resources, working to improve the Allstate work experience through cutting edge tech that is changing HR Global Operations as well as enabling better communication, increased interaction, and creating a genuine sense of belonging for all 65,000+ employees around the world.
Suzi is married to Barry and has two young daughters, Katherine and Mairead who are mad Harry Potter fans. Suzi has traveled intensively in her past although now she is more likely to be cooking up a storm in the kitchen for her large family network rather than trekking the Great Wall of China.
