Deirdre Doherty

Deirdre Doherty, HR Director (Organization & Talent Advisor) leads the Global Business HR team across North America, India and Northern Ireland. Deirdre has a Bachelors degree in Business Studies from University Of Ulster and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from NCI, Dublin. She is Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Deirdre previously held a variety of HR roles in the Financial Services and Technology sector before joining Allstate in 2006. She currently reports to Olga Otero-Brown, Vice President, Human Resources and is a representative on the Executive Committee at ANI. Deirdre serves as a Strategic HR Business Partner to the Allstate Technology Solutions executive leadership team. With a focus on talent, organization enablement and culture; Deirdre collaborates globally and across HR Functions to translate business needs into people and business-oriented solutions.
