About you: Richie is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience spanning multiple domains within the IT industry. He has successfully led global teams of varying sizes, consistently delivering strategic solutions that drive business value.
Prior to joining Allstate Northern Ireland, Richie held key roles at several Managed Service Providers, where he developed deep expertise in project management, technical solution design and implementation, availability management, and platform deployment.
At Allstate NI, Richie previously served as Senior Manager, where he was responsible for Enterprise Application Integration, API Management, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) capabilities. In his current role as Principal Consultant within the Platform Consulting Group, he is focused on expanding the group's capabilities and enhancing both platform and developer experiences across the enterprise.
Richie is passionate about technology and innovation and is committed to helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals.
Outside of work, Richie enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with his wife Angela and their four children — Danielle, Robyn, Wil, and Tom.
