Allstater Charlene Hoynes is 'CCNI Team Leader of the Year 2024'

We are delighted to share that Allstater Charlene Hoynes received the GOLD award for 'team leader of the year' at the Contact Centre Network NI (CCNNI) awards, along with Daniel McGrath and Allen Magee being recognised as finalists in their respective individual categories.

Allstate's Stephen Lomas, Chair of the CCNNI Board, opened the evening with a captivating welcome speech, which set the tone for a night filled with energy, inspiration and celebration.

Charlene's dedication and leadership have made a lasting impact on the ATSC team in Allstate, and her award is a testament to her inspiring leadership.

Allstate Northern Ireland were proud to sponsor two categories, 'Newcomer of the Year' and 'Rising Star', supporting and celebrating emerging talent in the industry.
